Picked up my car today from Cannes train station and was welcomed by Ines who did a fantastic job explaining everything to me including tips on how to pay parking etc.. i loved my experience and how accommodating she was. Tony was also a superstar, getting my car and helping me setup apple play and explaining everything i needed to know. Also I did get a brand new car so that’s a plus point ;)

Great Service, Tricky Return – Still 5 Stars! Rented a car from Sixt in Cannes and had a great overall experience. The agent at the counter was incredibly friendly, professional, and made pickup quick and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The only thing to be aware of is the return process — the garage is located on level -5 and it’s very tight, especially if you’re driving a larger vehicle. Maneuvering down the spiral ramp and into the parking spot takes some patience and careful turns. That said, the excellent customer service more than made up for the tricky return. Just give yourself a few extra minutes when dropping off. Would absolutely rent from Sixt Cannes again!

Booking online wth Sixt was very easy, straightforward, and most importantly, very clear. I chose Sixt online over other companies because I was able to check every detail online. There were no hidden costs when I came to the counter. Jordane, the Rental Agent, was very friendly and helpful. He treated me with utmost proficiency and courtesy.

The nice young people at Sixt locations Cannes Gare SNCF and Marriott Hotel, Cannes, gave a first class service when I arrived, delayed, for the pick-up and I got a very nice upgrade from the original reservation. Thank you for your patience and understanding, that I was tired (Only had a few hours sleep and had been awake since 2AM to catch the flight from Cph to Nice, and picked up the car at 2PM in Cannes).

Picking up the car was easy and the counter representative was very helpful. Unfortunately the type of car I rented wasn’t available at pick up. Got an upgrade but the size of the car was a little bigger than I would have liked. Overall, my experience was very good and highly recommended.
