0 stars - TOTAL SCAM! First, we reserved an automatic and when we came to get the car, there were no automatic cars available. We had to wait while they found one. Then, the car we got was dirty, inside and out. Finally, they told us about scratches on the car and we thought they put it into the contract but NO, when we returned the car, the company claimed we made those. COMPLETE SCAM! We are loyal Enterprise customers, and have rented all over the world and this is by far the worst experience we have had.

A disgrace to the Enterprise brand. Despite having a confirmation for a car, apparently the car was unavailable and offered us a different car at 3x the price of the car in the original confirmation. Do not waste your time with these thieves!

This is the most unprofessional rental experience I‘ve had. They gave me a car with faulty tires and of course one of them tore. they initially charged me over 700€ for something that was their fault (which the road side assistance confirmed). I have been trying to get a hold of them for almost a year now to get a refund for that amount and also the number of days I didn’t have a car (they couldn’t provide a replacement) and the taxi costs we had to incur. It’s not even that they decline to pay but they just don’t respond. Don’t rent there. Update: as per Entreprise’s response to my review I‘ve submitted the requested information today (which I have done several times before). I will update if anything changes. 10 days later and absolutely nothing has happened, as expected. This is really terrible.

I’ve never seen such a horrible customer service. I show up with a reservation and they refuse to give me a car, apparently they’re overbooked and decided not to give me one. Then I came back with a 2nd reservation, the manager came to me and said that « I REFUSE to serve you », and I’ve been super polite and at no point I’ve misbehaved. Horrible people. I have to go all the way to nice airport to get one, come back pick up my family in Cannes and then go again.

We have an ongoing awful experience here. We rented a car on the 1st July and when returned back to UK were charged an incorrect amount. I spoke with Amadeus Ruty who agreed to refund the incorrectly applied additional fee (~£100). That was 3 months ago and we have still not received anything. I have rung so many times and emailed constantly - never receiving a response from the branch. The customer service reference is 17BBR7. Please resolve ASAP.
