SIXT Biarritz

Honestly, what an absolute cracker of a service at SIXT Biarritz! From start to finish, the whole experience was just brilliant, and it really made our trip a breeze. The team there are a proper lovely bunch – genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and just full of smiles and positive energy. Nothing was too much trouble, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to get on with your holiday. They made us feel genuinely welcome, not just another customer. The car itself was spot on – a fantastic, brand-new model, precisely in the category I'd booked. No faffing about, just a lovely set of wheels ready to go. And the process? Lightning fast! Picking up the car was a doddle, and dropping it off was just as quick and painless. It felt like they genuinely value your time, which is a rare treat these days. Plus, the communication before pick-up was top-notch; being able to choose my exact car beforehand was a brilliant touch that really made me feel in control. If you're heading to Biarritz and need a car, I couldn't recommend SIXT enough. They're an absolute gem, and you'll be zipping around with a smile on your face in no time. Give them a go – you won't regret it!

We have used Sixt for our annual trip to Cote Basque, France for the last 5 years. They have been wonderful in everyway. The cars are new and fantastic and the customer service and staff are the loveliest. Thank you Sixt!!

Be aware of a scam with SIXT! I was charged over €250 for a minor scratch on the wheel. No pictures were taken due to severe rain, so there's no way to prove the damage was new. Despite this, they charged me without any attempt to negotiate. It feels like they’re scamming drivers and forcing them to pay unfair charges. Avoid SIXT and protect your money from these scam tactics.

Nice car and fair. However , I was charged as if I returned the car somewhere else. I wrote to them how this was wrong and received a refund. When I asked how did Sixt get this wrong, they ignored communications. I followed up multiple times to no avail. I would not recommend this location and recommend you scrutinise the invoice.
