AVOID RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION! We dropped off our car two days ago, and today we're shocked to find that our credit card was charged $3,000 for alleged "stolen damages." The car was returned in the exact condition it was given to us, with no issues at the time of return. It's clear that the damages were sustained after we dropped off the car, while it was left unsupervised in their lot for two days. The real concern here is the utter lack of professionalism, security, and staffing at this location. When we returned the car and left the key in the drop box, there was no one on site, and our attempts to contact them to let them know we had left the car and keys went unanswered. We're currently on hold with their customer service, waiting over 40 minutes for someone to address this issue. Based on our experience, it seems like this location might be taking advantage of tourists. If it’s not that, then there is still a staffing and security issue at this location. Where are the security cameras? Where is the staff?… Don't waste your time or money renting from them. Be cautious and consider alternative rental options. It's unacceptable that we're being harassed with outrageous charges for something that happened on their watch and after we returned the rental.

Branch at the station is closed for summer, however it has accepted the payment. Phone numbers are not working, there is a queue of people with reservations and no one at all at the branch. The closest one is at the airport. Highly not recommend Enterprise’s car rental services.

This enterprise branch is not open. Enterprise still lets you book through here even though there will be nobody there. Your car is at the airport branch. We were stuck here with several people with the same issue. The enterprise customer service on the phone were very nice but couldn’t do much to help, no help from those at the airport enterprise branch who we had been told would reimburse us for a taxi to the airport.

Do NOT rent a car here!! There's literally ZERO customer service. We were on holiday and rented a car for 2pm. We showed up at 11am because it rained and we wanted to drive off a little earlier. The local rental office simply refused to give us a car before 2pm. I called their customer service center: same thing!! This is nuts. And my reservation is PREPAID!!! Worst customer service ever.

Agency was closed when we arrived at the pick-up time. AVIS next door told us”they are never open, you will have to wait a long time, it is disgraceful how they treat customers”. I tried calling the number on the door of the agency several times - no answer but finally someone picked up after the 4th or 5th time and told me that an employee was on the way from the airport but delayed “5 or 10 minutes due to traffic”. The airport is 10 minutes drive away. An employee finally arrived 45 minutes late. He was kind and apologetic. He also informed us that the car we booked was not available (!) - we could either come back the following day to pick up the car we booked (!) or accept a downgrade, which we did. The car we ultimately got had a bit of damage (big scratches), was dirty on the outside but other than that OK. The employee offered us the extra driver for free to compensate for the wait - which is why I gave this agency 2 stars instead of 1 (which they really deserve). One piece of advice: rent with AVIS, which is next door to this agency (they are always open, very friendly and efficient…)

Worst agency ever. I booked a car and prepaid. The office was closed when I arrived. I got the van, which was huge, and found it would not fit in the streets where I'm staying. I dropped the car early and they charged me for a whole week even though I had it for one day. They called 3 times to tell me I would have no money back. Oh then I needed a different car and booked through a different agency but it was all this agency in disguise. I arrived to pick up different car and they called to tell me they didnt have the car at all and I would also not receive a refund. I walked to the airport which is 2km to find another car. All I wanted was a refund for the first booking which I did not fulfill.

Do not recommend to rent car at this place. The employee was very rude and says "I do not care". The service's just appalling. We got delivered a manual instead of automatic car. After 24h, we got delivered another car - too big and different from what we order and pay for. We wrote to agency to complain and get compensated. Never heard back, no reply to my e-mail.

Worst experience of my life while renting a car. I gave back the car on Saturday on time but the agency was closed. They then charge me for an extra day saying that I gave back the car 2 hours late which is not true. And now I'm struggling with their awful customer services to get it resolved but it's not looking good so far. I should have read the comments before to rent a car from this place. Please don't do the same mistake.
