We had a great experience renting at this location - Basil was very helpful at getting us set up with a car and spoke very good english, as my french is just okay. The car was clean and worked great. Pickup and dropoff was easy, though there is not a gas station near the train station so that was slightly annoying.

We ordered a Peugeot 5008 for five days, we received a huge Renault minivan full of flaws that does not fit at all what we ordered. Bad customer service, not willing to listen, that's what it is, take it if you want, don't take it if you don't want. I do not recommend going near this company at all, it is not reliable and not helpful. Plus the car was dirty and not washed.They lied and said our car broke down the day before. Shame.

Best experience we ever had renting a car!! The agent, Basil, was such a kind person. He deserves a big promotion! We had made a booking error through a third party that we thought would be a huge problem. Fortunately, Basil said he could take care of it for us and then upgraded our rental to a luxury car! Never ever have we had such a wonderful experience. Thank You Basil !

Woman behind the counter was super rude. Wears thick black glasses. We asked her if we could rent a car she was super mean and short and basicly told us the leave. Never rent a car there

Worst experience ever , Wen u try contact the booking agent for refund . the person at the front desk abuses you, shouts at you.. wish enterpeise hires some literate person with some culture. Go for Europcar , hertz. Or mayb even try other branch of enterprise.

Super smooth and great experience returning my car here that I picked up in another city. With the strikes going on in France, 4 gas stations where out of petrol and I gave up on being able to refill the car. The gents who checked me in we very understanding and compromised on some of the penalties and charges for not returning the car full. They could have stuck to the terms of the contract but were fair which was a fantastic surprise. No issues extra charges from scratches or damage on the car as all of them were documented when I picked it up and returned in the same condition. People tend to only write reviews when things go wrong so I wanted to balance that with an experience where everything went right. Big thank you to the Enterprise team.

Not very helpful. I tried to contact them so they could email us a bill, but nobody is helping. I need my information for an extra item that was added to my bill.
