This office was very helpful in allowing us to pickup & drop off the car before & after hours. Marie was extremely helpful in explaining the contract & the cars operation. Her understanding of English & speaking English made it very easy to deal with the Cahors office. Marie was awesome & made our experience less stressful. She walked us through everything & even called us after we dropped the car off to let us know the final charges. Very pleased with how everything worked out.

Extremely expensive, and not a particularly great customer experience. Our Tom Tom did not work, and we were told in as many words "too bad - You did not choose this as an added inclusion, and you were lucky to have it at all". I would recommend upgrading this particular vehicles navigation system, as I have no doubt if I paid extra I would get the same system. As tourists, and after explaining to the team where we intended on driving to, the team were able to establish that the all electric vehicle we had booked was unsuitable for this distance and we would need to upgrade to a more expensive class as a suitable vehicle was not available in the yard. They didn't think to advise that we had not booked sufficient km to cover this travel though, and we were billed for this after. We paid a lot of extra's for a very basic suv. I also note we had a warning light present for the duration of the rental, which we were unable to switch off or recalibrate. When I mentioned this to our supplier it was ignored. Our family who were holidaying with us, also hired cars for their stay. They booked theirs from another rental company in Toulouse and received better vehicles for almost half the price, which was quite disappointing. Although the staff were pleasant and friendly on collection of the vehicle, they were rigid, expensive, not understanding, nor flexible.

Came in with no appointment and they were able to set me up with an automatic car for the weekend. They were especially kind and patient to me with my very broken French! The car I got had incredible mileage and was a dream to drive around Dordogne. Thank you to this amazing team!

J’ai loué un véhicule chez Avis Gare de Cahors. Prise en charge un jour férié, la récupération des clefs était pratique et facile. Le modèle du véhicule choisi était très propre, neuf, conforme à la demande. Au retour, l’accueil était parfait. Je recommande cette agence qui est sérieuse et réactive.
