Hired a little Fiat 500 today to go to Lastours from Carcassonne after seeing good reviews for this hire company. Fantastic service from start to finish and great clean vehical and reasonable price for exactly what we needed. Very friendly and helpful and able to communicate in English as my french is embarrassingly poor at learner level. Would absolutely use this company again and cannot recommend enough. Better than the big names out there. Thank you so much!

We were recommended to contact Alex of ADA by our B & B hosts, as their guests have used him many times before. Turned out to be a great choice - Alex writes and speaks English very well, and was very accommodating to our every request. We hired an automatic C3 from the 26th to the 29th June - a nearly new car in very good condition at a great price too. As we were not close to the ADA depot, Alex delivered the car to our B & B in the centre of Carcassonne, which made life so much easier for us. We dropped the car back to ADA on a Saturday afternoon, when their office was shut, but Alex agreed to meet us there even though it was his day off, and then gave us a lift to the airport. Exceptional service throughout.

We couldn't recommend these guys enough! Ryanair did the dirty on us (a group of 9, we run holidays) and changed our return flight from Carcassonne to a Toulouse departure. This could have caused major logistical problems, but we were saved by the kindness of Alex at ADA. He took a train to Toulouse to collect the minibus from us which meant a seamless end to the holiday for our group. We'll be using ADA for all our future holidays to this area in future.

Simply the best! We as a family have used ADA a few times on holiday flying in and out of Carcassonne. Alex is so easy to deal with and speaks English better than many native Brits, if you struggle in French. They always have the right vehicle for you and will do their upmost to accommodate you. Prices are very competitive to the big international hire companies at the airport, plus we hear they will be opening on SUNDAYS!

ADA provided an excellent car rental experience for our week in the Languedoc area near Carcassonne. Alex met us at the train station for the pick up and drop off. The low mileage Peugeot208 was perfect for exploring the area. The price was very good and the paperwork was smooth. Well done ADA!!
